2KIS01- Cozy apartment for 4 people with pool located near the center and the beach

  • Cosy 60 m2 apartment located in Lloret de Mar in the Fenals area, about 300m from the beach and 400m from the centre. This apartment is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

    Located on the 5th floor with a lift with a maximum capacity for 4 people.

    Part of a quiet urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool and with a private garage (supplement of €30/week if used).

    It has a living-dining room (TV + double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

    Air conditioning and heat pump optional with supplement: €50/week.

    Young people not accepted.

    This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.

    Pets upon request and with supplement.
