This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! There is an outdoor area of 700m2 with private pool (8x4m) and a barbecue area where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts with magnificent views of the sea. Interior area of 200m2 set over 2 floors: On the ground floor you will find a living room with satellite TV and access to a terrace where you will be able to enjoy wonderful sea and mountain views, open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 single room (90 x 190 bed) and a WC. On the floor above, you will find 1 double bedroom (150 x 190cm bed), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Optional heating: (100 €/week). Parking 1 car. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Wifi not included.
