Comfortable 4 bedroom house with private swimming-pool located in a very quiet area 10km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

This house, sleeping 9 people is built over 2 floors dived into two independent apartments with 1.700m2 land around the 120m2 house.

The apartment on the ground floor has a large dining room with fireplace, tv and access to a shady and pleasant terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and washing-machine), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190cm), 1 triple bedroom (bunk beds + 1 single bed (90x190cm)) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment on the first floor has a large living room with tv and access to a pleasant terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing-machine and dishwasher, 2 bedroom with 1 double bed (135cmx190) and 1 bathroom with shower.

This house has a pleasant outdoor area with private swimming-pool, a built in barbecue, a shady terrace and parking.

Groups of young people not allowed

This property is only rented to families. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Emplacement idéal au calme et à proximité immédiate des magasins , plages , vue superbe

Maison spacieuse , beau jardin , vue superbe. Dommage que le jardinier ne prévient pas de son passage. ( petite frayeur la première fois , j’ai vu passer un homme devant la fenêtre de bon matin ) La maison était propre et confortable. Il faudrait préciser que les grand lits disposent de traversins et non de coussins . ( taies d’oreiller incompatibles. Nous y reviendrons certainement
