Comfortable and modern 5 bedroom house with private swimming pool located in a very quiet area only 4,5km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

This house is built over 2 floors.

The large and bright living room has satellite tv with french channels available and a stereo system.

Open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is 1 bedroom en suite with 1 double bed (150x190cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190cm) in each and 3 bathroom with jacuzzi bath in each.

The large terrace has sea and mountain views and is accessed via one of the suites.

This pleasant outdoor area with private swimming pool (4x8m) and a built in barbecue is a wonderful space to relax in.

Garage for 2 cars.

No pets allowed.

Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

You are very close from Cala Canyellas beach, one of the most attractive beaches of Costa Brava!
