Cosy and large 5-bedroom house located just 4.5 km from the beautiful and peaceful Cala Canyelles beach and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 10 people.

Outdoor area with private pool (4x8m) and a large terrace with sea and mountain views, brick barbecue and parking space for 2 cars.

Interior distributed over 2 floors. The dining room is connected to the kitchen in an open space with music system, plasma TV with satellite and special French channel. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, washing machine and oven. It has 2 suite rooms with a double bed each (150x190cm; 160x200cm) and 3 rooms with two single beds (90x190cm). It also has 3 full bathrooms, all with hydromassage bathtub.

Pets not accepted.

Bookings for young people under 35 are not accepted.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants.

Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Sehr schöne Aussicht von der gemütlicher Dachterrasse

Wir haben uns nicht wirklich Wohlgefühlt. -es fehlt eine Außendusche -es müssen an allen Fenstern Moskitonetz angebracht werden -es muss unbedingt eine oder mehrere Klimaanlage installiert werden ( die Hitze in diesem Haus ist unerträglich) -es müssen in den Badezimmern Dusch Möglichkeiten geben ( Badewanne ist out) -die ganze Küchenausstattung muss neu angeschafft werden ( Besteck, Messer, Gläser usw. Alles veraltet. -Backofen ist sehr schwach ( muss neu) -Kochfeld ist sehr schwach (muss neu) - die sogenannte Terrasse ist unmöglich Kieselsteine als Untergrund geht gar nicht und der Tisch wie alt ist der bitte? Da gemütlich zu essen ist nicht möglich, es muss eine vernünftige Ebene Fläche geschaffen werden. -der Weg zum Pool Bereich muss verbessert werden ( aktuell Kieselsteine) Vor Ort sind sehr viele Mücken. Die Landschaft ist sehr Bergig. Es gibt nur 1 Kleinen Laden im Ort, der ist überteuert. Strand ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, dort müssen Parkplätze bezahlt werden oder man findet einen weiter oben im Ort und läuft 1,5 Kilometer zu Fuß. -Klimaanlagen -Fliegengitter, Moskitonetz an Fenstern -Küchenausstattung -Terrasse eben Pflastern neuen Tisch - Weg zum Pool Pflastern (Kieselsteine weg) -Wäscheständer draußen -Außendusche -Die Online Beschreibung von dem Haus entspricht nicht der Realität (veraltet) Muss neu angepasst werden. (z.B. es gibt keinen Kamin im Haus)
