The House fully equipped has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathroom and a toilet, a huge living-dining with terrace and fireplace, fully equiped kitchen, outdoor terrace with panoramic mountain views.  It has a capacity of 8 people, it is  ideal to enjoy with family or friends , just few minutes from the best ski resorts in Girona, and  45 minutes from Andorra.  Garden areas and swimming-pool.

Llivia is a Spanish enclave located in French territory that stands out for its beautiful narrow streets, a few kilometers from Puigcerdà. French ski resorts such as Font Romeu or Eyne are a short distance from Llivia as well as La Molina and Masella. The House is located just 7 km from Puigcerdà.  Andorra 45 minutes away.

Do not miss visiting the old town for a stroll through its beautiful alleys and discover the Bernat de So tower and the beautiful front of the church of Our Lady of the Angels. Another recommended visit is the Museum of Pharmacy, with its extraordinary collection of Renaissance bottles, one of the main claims of the locality, since the Pharmacy of Llívia has been documented since 1594 and is considered the oldest in Europe. We also recommend you go up to the ruins of the old fortress L
apos;Enclau, from where you can enjoy a wonderful 360º panoramic view of Cerdanya.   Ideal village in all seasons, surrounded by woods and perfect to relax and practice a lot of activities such as bicycle tours, ski lessons, nordik walking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding lessons, flight on balloon, paragliding, vias ferrattas, climbing, quads, horse riding ...
