    Located just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Llívia, it is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. With space for up to 8 guests, you’ll find comfort and impressive views over the valley.

    Key features:

    - Space for 8 guests: This house has one single bedroom and two double bedrooms with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. Upstairs, there is also a very comfortable sofa bed.

    - 3 bathrooms: To ensure all guests have their own space and comfort, the house has three bathrooms, so there will never be queues in the morning.

    - Nearby parking: Don’t worry about parking; right next to the house, you’ll find a public car park where it is very easy to find a space.

    - Spectacular views: Enjoy your meals on the balcony, with direct access from the living room, a table for 6 people and unbeatable views over the Cerdanya Valley. It is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy special moments.

Accès wifi j’ai pris contact avec le propriétaire en arrivant un peu difficilement Propreté exemplaire et exceptionnelle manque des petites poubelles dans les salles de bain et un classeur sur un meuble avec tous les détails de mise en route (télévision d’ailleurs on a passé le séjour sans télé car nous n’avons aucun mode d’emploi puis comment accéder au wifi ) sinon parfait très agréable maison avec une vue à 360 parking à proximité et agréable et restaurant aux alentours de la maison très très bon même excellent on peut tout faire à pied cuisine complète et agréable manque de torchons pour essuyer les mains et vaisselles on a du utiliser le papier On reviendra mais on emmènera nos torchonsEn revanche tout le reste est parfait draps et serviettes très propres et très agréables et en quantité suffisante Très belle terrasse mais pas pratique avec des bancs des chaises seraient plus agréables
