This large stone house, built in 1900, was restored while preserving the spacious rooms to accommodate 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms opens onto the hallway. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and direct access to the outdoors, a bathroom, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. From the ground floor, you can access the outdoors through the front door to the terrace and parking area, as well as from the living room. We go up to the ground floor via the double staircase with tall windows, and from the mezzanine, we can step out onto the property. The house includes outdoor tables and chairs.

Kitchen: ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, blender.

Guests have access to all areas of the house, except for the garage, which is locked.

Both the rest of the house and the property are for the exclusive use of guests. Turanzas preserves several examples of Asturian rural architecture in houses with stables, featuring wooden porches and construction made of stone and wood. Take a stroll through the narrow streets to explore the scenery and meet the locals at any time of day. Walk the path from La Perila to San Santolín Beach—about a 32-minute walk—to cool off at one of the most beautiful beaches in Eastern Asturias. On Friday, take a 15-minute walk down to the Posada market to stock up on holiday supplies: cheese, cured meats, honey, vegetables, fruits, legumes from the gardens and hills, livestock from Llanes, sweets, flip-flops for the beach, a waterproof watch, ...

In Posada, you’ll find all the services you need: banks, a post office, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, and a petrol station.
