Country house between the beach and the Picos de Europa

La Cobaraza is a renovated country house that has retained its original architecture and materials (stone, brick, wood, etc.) while adding all the modern conveniences. It is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen (fully equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, juicer, blender, toaster, TV, and all necessary kitchenware); a spacious living-dining room (with TV, sofas, and a pellet stove); and a bathroom with a shower.
On the staircase leading to the second floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.
On the second floor, there is a hallway leading to the three bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as a small home office with a bookshelf.
The house has Wi-Fi and a portable grill for outdoor meals.
A small river runs in front of the house, and there is parking for two cars. Here, you can cool off in the shade of the trees.
La Cobaraza is located in the village of Vibaño, a quiet, rural town at the foot of the Sierra del Cuera, where you can take a stroll and discover grand houses, old washhouses, a watermill (open to the public for tours), a Roman bridge, and plenty of nature in the surrounding area.
Vibaño is 4 km from Posada de Llanes, where you’ll find all the amenities: local shops, a supermarket, a health centre, restaurants and bars, cider houses, and more.
La Cobaraza is ideally located for exploring eastern Asturias, close to the beaches and the Picos de Europa. The nearest beaches are an 8-minute drive away.
Llanes is 11 km away. Cangas de Onís is 29 km away, Covadonga is 31 km away, and Cabrales is 21 km away.
