- It has a garden of about 150 m2, a covered porch and a terrace and solarium area.
On the ground floor is the living room with direct access to the garden, the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob, in addition to a toilet.
On the first floor are the bedrooms and the night area. The master bedroom with a 1.50 bed has a separate bathroom with a bathtub. There are two other bedrooms, one with two 90 beds and one with a 1.50 bed. It has another bathroom with shower that serves these two bedrooms.
