Nearby attractions include Conwy and Caernarfon Castles, National Trust’s Plas Newydd House and Bodnant Gardens, and of course the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.

Enter this fabulous period property into the welcoming hall, leading to the lounge, snug, shower room with shower and WC and the stylish kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in the fabulous kitchen, tastefully decorated with feature lighting, has granite worktops and is equipped with all the equipment you need to cook up a feast for family and friends including two electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with filtered water dispenser. The contemporary industrial style dining table takes centre stage in the dining area, the perfect place for all to gather round for a good meal and plan the next day’s adventures, with Smart TV and French doors leading out to the garden. The utility cupboard is off the hall and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The sumptuous lounge with comfy furnishings, TV and feature fireplace with wood burner effect gas fire is the perfect place to relax after a busy day or snuggle up in the snug room in front of the open fire on those chillier evenings with a good book, watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or play one of the board games. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the four beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with TVs. Choose from the super-king-size bedroom, the double, a twin or the bunk bedroom with views towards the Orme. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with shower over freestanding bath and WC.
