Gute Lage, auch alles andere wäre gut - ohne Baust

Empfang durch sehr netten jungen Angestellten. Spartanische Einrichtung des Zimmers. Ich bekam dann noch ein kleines Tischchen von ihm. Vor dem Fenster eine Straßenbaustelle mit Baulärm ab 7 Uhr. Doch die Lage des Hotels ganz super im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Läden und dem Fluß !

Stay away!!

We were double booked and had to leave the hostel in the middle of the night. This might have been due to an occational mistake. But when we came back the next day to get our money back we only got 20 and not 70 as we paid. I will call this cheating and stealing. A bad experience in the otherwise wonderful city of Ljubljana.

J'etais dans une chambre privée avec Sdb. Les + : la chambre était correcte et propre, la localosation de l'hostel très pratique, le wifi fonctionnait correctement Les - : Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres mais un morceau de tissus tenant avec 3 clous. Pas d'insonorisation du tout que ce soit au niveau des voisins où de la rue. Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour En conclusion : à prendre pour 1 nuit mais pas pour rester. Cher pour la qualité du lieu et du service

Sehr gute Lage. Ein süßes altes Häuschen in angesagtem jungen Viertel..Total nette Leute. Eine Unterkunft für junge Leute. Haustechnik wirkt sehr selbstgebastelt, Leider Bettwäsche mit Flecken und die Miniaturdusche lief nicht ab und wir dachten, das Wasser läuft das Zimmer voll. Tipp:Körper nur mit dem Wasser benetzen, einseifen, sparsam abspülen. Die Armaturstange war schon vorher runtergefallen. Wir haben für 80 Euro ein Vierbettzimmer bekommen, "das beste im Haus". Platz war wirklich genug und auch nett eingerichtet. Alles in allem: wir haben es mit Humor genommen, es hat uns trotz der Minuspunkte gefallen, würden es aber nicht.wiederholen. Viel zu teuer für diesen Preis.

The hostel is very close to the city center it is only about 5 minutes on foot !friendly staff! Reasonable prices!We booked a four-bed room but instead of this room they offered us a larger appartment at the same price, but it was very dirty, the floor has never been cleaned and there was mold on the walls that caused a very uncomfortable smell!

this is the place where hope goes to die

This is the first time in my life that I left a property and refused to stay. I arrived and discovered the dorm I had booked was in an overheated windowless basement without ventilation. I am severely allergic to mold and within less than a minute my throat was swelling up. I told the receptionist that I could not stay in the room as there wasn't any fresh air or windows. He did not have any concern about my health and told me i would not get a refund. I told him this was not fair as I had shown up but I could not be expected to stay in a room where i was unable to breathe. He then showed me a ground floor private room and told me this would be an additional 35 euro a night. I told him this was unacceptable as I could walk down the street and find an alternative with a window for a much cheaper price and that I wanted a refund. He smirked at me and said ' Too bad. You saw the pictures online and you accepted. That's your problem. You are not getting a refund.' Currently there are four pictures of the property on Hotels.com. The dorm room is not featured in any of them, but all the pictures shown have windows in them and none of them appear to be in a basement. Nowhere in the small print is it mentioned that the dorm is located in a basement or that it does not have windows. Had I seen such information I certainly would not have booked the dorm. I contacted Hotels.com via two email addresses four days ago and no one has had the courtesy to respond. Extremely disappointed.

ベッドにダニがいたようです。かゆい！ 15時半に着いた時レセプションが無人で、電話しました。ご飯食べてるから5分後に戻るねと言われ、10分後に戻ってきました。 その後もでかけていてレセプションは無人状態が長く、同じように困っているゲストが何人もいました。 立地は良いです。駅からも観光地からも近く、飲食店やスーパーもすぐ近くにあります。

Te venden una habitación completamente diferente. En la foto pone que es de una manera, entramos en la habitacion, y era un colchon en el suelo. En la reserva ponia que teniamos baño privado, y era un baño fuera de la habitacion, totalmente incomodo. Ponía que había secador de pelo, champú, y no habia nada.

コスパ最高

前評判ではあまりよろしくなかったドミトリーだったのでちょっと心配していましたが、穴場でした。 部屋は地下室ですが朝になれば日光が入る作り。 真冬でしたが部屋の暖房がよく効き用意された布団一枚でたります。 大きいお風呂タオルも支給され、評判見て心配していた南京虫もいませんでした。 部屋は清潔でした。 WIFIも速めでした。 トイレとシャワーは同じ部屋ですが広めの作り。２部屋あったので困ることはありませんでした。 シャワーのお湯がそこまで熱くならなかったのが少し残念ですが、もしかしたら寒すぎるせいでそう感じたのかもしれません。 ヘアドライヤーはありませんでした。 竜の橋や牛乳自動販売機などに近くよかったです。
