The surrounding is peaceful and quite, extraordinary views on the mountains and old shepherd village - cultural heritage of Slovenia. The interior of the Vetrnica offers luxury with a modern design and quality execution of all details.

The space
While enjoying the large finnish SAUNA or relaxing in front of the terrace, children can enjoy ice cream and sweets at the nearby Sweet Corner (Sladki kot), play board games in the cottage or explore the surroundings.

The cottage is fully available to you, so you have complete privacy.

Enjoy stunning views from the beautiful living and dining areas and from the spacious terrace. The cottage has a equipped modern kitchen. Vetrnice chalet is a combination of traditional, cultural / historical architecture, which is a world specialty, made of local materials and wooden beams. The interior of the Vetrnica offers luxury with a modern design and quality execution of all details.
The cottage can sleep six guests in comfortable beds, two of which are max-double and two single.

Guest access
You can reach Velika planina only by cable car and chairlift from Kamniška Bistrica valley. Chalet Vetrnice is on 1600 m above sea level, so we recommend you mountaineering equipment - warm clothes and shoes for hiking!

Other things to note
All guests must pay the tourist tax 2,50€ per adult and 1,25€ per child.

Extraordinary place
We really enjoyed the stay in this wonderful, cosy, modern and clean hut. We also loved the view and the landscape. It was so relaxing. The host Nik was always helpful and friendly.
