A spacious 153-square-meter villa located in Palmintiello, a hamlet of Marina di Lizzano, that accommodates up to 8 people, with four double bedrooms (one of which is in the guesthouse) and three bathrooms. The villa features a garden with a barbecue and showers, private parking, and a panoramic rooftop terrace—unfurnished—from which to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. For those who enjoy rocky shores (where water shoes are recommended), simply cross the street; the nearest sandy beach is a 2-minute drive or an 8-minute walk away.



The villa is on a single level (please note there is one step to enter) and is divided into two sections, laid out as follows:



Main villa

- Open-concept kitchen with dining table, split A/C, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, conventional oven, and microwave;

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, split A/C, TV, and en suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and sink;

- Bedroom II with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and TV

- Bedroom III with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and TV

- Bathroom II equipped with a toilet with a handheld showerhead, sink, and shower stall.



Annex

- Small kitchenette with two induction burners, refrigerator, and freezer

- Sleeping area with a double bed, closet, split A/C, TV, and desk

- Bathroom III equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower stall;



Outdoors

- Rooftop terrace with panoramic views, unfurnished (please note there is a staircase to access it)

- Garden equipped with a barbecue, two outdoor showers, a covered patio, and a fourth guest bathroom equipped with a small sink and a toilet with a handheld showerhead.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: two uncovered parking spaces inside the gate with electric car charging (fee payable on-site), unlimited Wi-Fi via Starlink—ideal for remote work—mosquito screens, a washing machine (in the garden), a clothesline, an iron, and an ironing board.



OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

- PLEASE NOTE: The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons.

- The exterior gate and front door are unlocked via a smart lock system with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

- The barbecue in the garden is in working order; however, there is NO firewood or charcoal provided: if you wish to use it, you must purchase the supplies yourself.

- The fireplace in the kitchen is NOT usable.



7 days beforearrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Lizzano.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and daily heating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lizzano Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Marina di Lizzano, located on the Ionian coast of Puglia, is a renowned seaside resort known for its golden sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Among the best-known beaches are Lido Uliveto and Spiaggia di Torre Colimena, both just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. The area is also perfect as a base for exploring the nearby towns of Salento: Taranto is about 40 km away, Porto Cesareo about 60 km, and Gallipoli about 85 km. The historic centre of Lizzano, a 10-minute drive away, offers picturesque views and traditional trattorias where you can savour the local cuisine, while the surrounding hills are ideal for nature walks and visits to traditional farmhouses.



The villa is located in the hamlet of Palmintiello. For those who love rocky shores, access to the sea is very convenient: just cross the street. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear and being somewhat familiar with rocky terrain, as the rocks are not completely flat.

Those who prefer sand can reach Palmintiello Beach in just a 2-minute drive or about an 8-minute walk. This free, unpaved beach is also ideal for families with children, thanks to its spaciousness and tranquility. All the main amenities are also located in the immediate vicinity: a bar, pizzeria, convenience store, and pharmacy are just a 2-minute drive away, in the area where Seasade is located.
