Gorgeous home in Pula with sauna

The beautiful Villa Sunshine Tea is located in the village of Liznjan, just 1 km from the sea. This modern villa was built in 2019 and offers comfortable accommodation during the summer months, but also during colder periods.

The private pool provides a much-needed refreshment on warm summer days, while the villa is also equipped with a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, perfect for colder evenings.

A modern open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining area is located on the first floor and offers direct access to the outdoor area, where a dining table and barbecue are also available.

3 elegantly furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV for added comfort. Two of the bedrooms also share a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding area.

A covered lounge area next to the pool invites you to relax in the evening, while a trampoline is available for the youngest guests.

The bright, modern and light-filled Villa Sunshine Tea offers comfortable and stylish accommodation. NOTE: However, Villa Sunshine Tea is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Villa Sunshine Tea is located in the small fishing village of Liznjan and only 1 km from the sea. Various gastronomic delicacies can be found within walking distance from the villa, in many nearby restaurants and traditional konoba's. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from the traffic, while the entertainment center is nearby. In addition to tourism, the inhabitants of this town have been fishing for thousands of years. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay to the islands of Cres and Losinj, and you are close to tourist hot spots such as Medulin and Pula.

Wir waren 5 Frauen und haben eine Woche im September in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles unproblematisch vom Check in bis zum Check out. Dad Haus war wunderbar es ist alles da wad man braucht. 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad war sehr komfortabel. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren sehr sauber und wunderbar zum Entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Strand in Liznjan ist nichts besonderes da würde ich eher Medulin empfehlen. Vater ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Es waren wunderbare Tage in Liznjan.

Wir waren Anfang September 2 Wochen dort in dem sehr schönen Haus.

Wir waren Anfang September 2 Wochen dort in dem sehr schönen Haus. Das Haus hat alles da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind ein Traum. Die große überdachte Terrasse ist wunderschön zum frühstücken und für die abendlichen Tätigkeiten wie toll grillen oder einfach nur chillen auf der Longe. Leider wird zur Zeit an beiden Seiten vom Haus weitere Häuser gebaut. Eigentlich laut Besitzer dürfen die Außenarbeiten an den Häusern erst ab Mitte September starten, nur leider hält sich keiner daran. Somit war es tagsüber schon etwas lauter durch arbeiten an den Häusern. Der Ort hat 2-3 Nette Restaurants, der Strand ist ca 1 km entfernt wo man gut ins Wasser gehen kann und ein chilliges Bier trinken kann. Die Liegen und Schirme hier in Kroatien sind sehr sehr teuer ( 20-35 Euro für 2 Liegen und ein Schirm) Kroatien ist seit der Euroeinführung in den Getränken beim Einkauf sowie der Lebensmittel sehr teuer geworden. Das hat uns ein wenig geschockt, aber man ist ja im Urlaub und somit haben wir es so hingenommen und entspannt gesehen. Valter unser Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, immer sofort wenn irgendetwas am Haus von der Elektronik zu klären war, sofort da gewesen und hat geholfen. Nach einer Woche wird die Bettwäsche sowie die kompletten Handtücher gewechselt. Der Pool und Whirlpool wird auch 2 x gereinigt. Die Ausflüge in die nahegelegenen Orte waren sehr sehenswert. Pula, Roveni, Labin, Rabac alle sehr schöne Orte, freundliche und nette Kroaten und durch die schon laufende Nebensaison Anfang September auch nicht überfüllt. Wir würden nochmal hier in den Norden von Kroatien kommen. Karina und Ralf Sabina und Torsten
