"The room had virtually no furniture - I had to supply my own chair, and the little bench in the corner - the leg kept falling off. The door was hard to open and shut as it was scraping on the ground, and it did not always lock when shut. Some of the windows also didn't lock properly. There was a few things that didn't work or took a little to get to be functional, but don't let that overshadow the care and energy that goes into the property, the service, the food and the overall vibe. Gloria is stellar, I had a solid breakfast on my porch in pretty superb weather. It is a little bit of a walk to town but I felt safe and had a great time!"

"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."
