Please follow these steps before you leave: Fold the sofa bed back. Place all used towels and linens on the floor by the washing machine. Tie up the kitchen garbage bag and place it by the barn’s

Side door near the parking area. Be sure to latch the door to keep animals out. Run the dishwasher, and leave it open after to air-dry. Turn off all lights, AC/heat, and close all windows and doors.

Cover the grill, turn OFF the propane, and close the umbrella. Please report any damage—no charge for small stuff. Message me when you leave so I can notify housekeeping. Hope you had a great stay!

This was our second stay here and again did not disappoint. We love this home, the house is clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The river out back with the fire pit is beautiful and every day we relaxed by the fire inside. Looking forward to the next time we stay!

Wonderful stay

This little property is a true gem. It's very close to Livingston Manor, yet very quiet. The lawn leading to the creek is just beautiful with the fire pit and lounge chairs. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, and board games and and the wood stove make for cozy evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute and Comfy Cottage

We enjoyed our weekend get away at this lovely, cozy cottage. The location was perfect! The cottage is clean and well stocked. We plan to return in the spring so that we can enjoy the backyard. The host is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is just right.

Cute little cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Foliage was at its peak and views were gorgeous. Visited the Warwick Valley Winery (about 1.5 hrs away) and had the best hamburger EVER. Visited Woodstock, which is about 30 minutes away.

Beautiful location. Nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very enjoyable stay but two areas of concern: there weren't any top sheets on the bed, and the towels smelled a little mildewy.

Great country getaway!

This house is super-cute, and exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful outdoor space and a nice kitchen. Really appreciated the king sized bed and the smart TV. Super quiet and great for a weekend out of the city, with places to drive to within 10-30 minutes.

Absolutely Beautiful!

What an amazing weekend stay we had at Johnathans home. The house was clean and had all the necessary items stocked. We couldn't get over how beautiful the property was. Inside and out just an overall nice experience. Johnathan was helpful and communicative also. Would definitely return for a longer stay!

The location was great — close to restaurants and breweries — and the backyard was lovely, backing up to a peaceful creek. It’s a nice setting. However, the home itself could have been cleaner. The floors were chipped and buckling in several spots, and the towels/bathrooms didn’t seem very clean. We asked to drop off our infant’s milk prior to our check in time so it could be refrigerated while we were out (we had plans that did not allow us to be there at the 4pm check in time), but the owner would only allow it with an additional 50 early check-in fee, which felt a bit unreasonable given the small request.

Don’t let the photos fool you. It’s a much bigger space than the listing shows. Great layout. Amazing back yard. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the yard and creek as much as we wanted to due to a blizzard (which was beautiful) and it became a little too cold to spend time outside. Perfect location too 10-15 min from bars, restaurants wildlife and stores. 5 stars!

Cozy and modern

We loved the cozy yet modern vibes of this home, and especially enjoyed using the fireplace during our winter stay. Everything was clean and well considered. The town is close by and very cute. Communication with owner was excellent and super helpful. I would say if you have sensitive to light sleepers, there aren’t blackout shades, and I always appreciate knowing that.

Amazing outdoor space!!

The inside is clean and nicely designed and user-friendly. The outside is completely phenomenal! The creek was better than a pool for our kids and the chairs that are in the back are comfortable and clean. The backyard is also nicely designed and includes both relaxation opportunities and a really nice place to sit and eat. We didn’t even get to use the barbecue.

Relaxing by the stream

My sister and I enjoyed some relaxation at this lovely home. Nicely updated, comfortable beds. We had rain most of the time and only got to enjoy sitting by the stream for a short time. We went during the week and discovered many places were only open on the weekends. That limited our choices for restaurants. If we returned we would either do a weekend or later in the season. We absolutely loved our stay here. The space was super clean, kitchen had lots of helpful things like oil and spices, and the outdoor spaces were a dream! Nice trip

This is a nice, clean spot with a lovely setting. We had a lot of rain, unfortunately. We struggled with the coffee maker, but other than that everything was excellent.
