Consider this estate your home away from home while you visit Livingston. Get ready to unplug and connect with nature as local wildlife is always visiting the property. This property boasts 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds- along with 3 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and 2 walk-in showers. With the living room space equipped with 2 sofa beds and 2 foldable twin beds, this peaceful retreat offers plenty of room for guests to relax and unwind. The spacious kitchen with an island is stocked with all of the appliances of home. The water front property has a covered dock which is perfect for catching the big one or the one that got away. Cool off in our indoor pool free of insects and sunburns (not heated). There are plenty of games to play with the family: board games, foam tip archery, giant Jenga or giant connect 4. Wine down the evening with a camp fire or relax on a zero gravity chair while you star gaze on the deck. Wake up to an enchanting sunrise while you have coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. Take a day trip to a local winery, Livingston State Park, or try your luck at Naskila gaming Casino. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our place.

Our quite hours are from 10pm to 7am. We do not allow parties as we are respectful of our neighbors. There are exterior cameras monitoring 24rs a day on the property facing driveway, front door, and back porch.
