I stayed at this location when they first opened.... I've stayed there just last week. Is a great place to stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful... Beds were soooo comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in town

Staff was great. The cleanliness should have been better. We saw the same dead roach and trash on our hallway floor for three days straight. The bar and restuarant wasn't an amenity because it was closed and had been closed for months. The bar and restuarant was the only reason why we chose to stay there. It was still being advertised as an amenity when we booked. The overall condition of the hotel was well kept. We were allowed to sit and hangout on the patio and inside the bar/restuarant area. Again, the staff was great and super friendly.

Super comfy bed, clean soft sheets, plenty of pillows, soft towels, no carpet in the room, big TV with all movie channels, Regular breakfast, great location! The only con was that the parking was super dark at night, I noticed there is plenty of lighting that was ON during the day, I mentioned it to front desk and she said there is been an issue with the timer and she had reported it many times. They better get that fixed! I will definitely stay there again!

The room was clean but the AC leaked water both days even after maintenance allegedly repaired it. The halls were dirty, and majority of the staff was unfriendedly The main phone line was out of order, but the check in clerk was helpful and friendly. The location is good and the breakfast was good but the onsight bar and grill is closed and was not mentioned in the advertisement.

The room was clean. But the facility smelled like natural gas in the hallways, fire alarms randomly went off randomly at 5:30-6:30 am, bar and restaurant were closed on a Saturday night. Rooms were clean, and a nice little breakfast. I realize not much to choose from in Livingston, but the smell and safety concern (as well as lack of sleep) with the fire alarms is a concern.

The lady checking in was very sweet and had good customer service. The only complaint we had was that the room next to us the alarm was going off for about 10 minutes and we called the front desk to let her know and she took care of it. Other than the alarm waking us up at 3AM, the rooms were very clean.
