"Check in was fastxand easy. Air conditioning did not start. Called office and a person came rught away to hit a reset button. Mattress was new..no lumps ior sagging. Hotel is near highway... I could hear very little street noixe"

"the room was nice, but our room was right beside the elevator. people were using the elevator all day and night. every time the elevator was used it was heard in the room. definitely will be requested a room not next to the elevator next time."
