Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Handy for Lime St Station and the City Centre.

Ideally located for Liverpool Hospital with convenient overnight car parking nearby.

The Chester Grosvenor
GOOD SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. A BIT SLOW ON THE SERVICE - HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR STAFF ON A FEW OCCASIONS AFTER WAITING FOR BUTTER, MORE TOAST, MORE JUICE. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO JUST REMAIN SEATED WITH A MUCH QUICKER RESPONSE FROM STAFF.

Village hotels system wouldn’t even give me a refund after I booked the wrong day and had to book there last minute at 22:20
