We were initially hesitant when we realized our accommodation was in an apartment building, but we quickly settled in as the dedicated covered parking spot is located at the end of the short sidewalk to the building, and the studio is located just inside the lobby entrance. "This was an ideal base for exploring Rocky Mountain national park. We woke up every morning to beautiful views and came back to our perfectly furnished studio with everything we needed. Between the mini fridge, microwave and hot plate we were able to eat many of our meals right there sitting on the patio furniture enjoying the view. Although the location is remote it is not too far from dinner at the inn on glen haven or cinnamon rolls or ice cream from the glen haven general store. The owner...

"I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure."
