"Bass Haven" - Lake Gaston Getaway

Waterfront Condo with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms in a peaceful neighborhood. Well maintained, bright, cheery, clean home.

The lower level has one bedroom and one bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and living room. The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper sitting area is accessible through both bedrooms and has beautiful views of the lake. It is a great place to sit and read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

We have a large smart TV with Spectrum Cable in the Living-room. There is also a TV with Spectrum Cable in the upstairs Master Bedroom. WIFI is throughout the entire house and you should be able to stay connected even at the end of the boat docks. We have some board games available.

Enjoy the beautiful lake views while sitting on the back deck or on the upper sitting area. There is a Holland Gas Grill on the back deck for you to enjoy grilling your freshly caught fish or some burgers as the kids play in the back yard.

There is plenty of space to dock your boat at one of the many boat slips and there is an area for parking your Boat trailer. If you enjoy kayaking, this is a great area because there is minimum boat traffic. Enjoy some great fishing right off the boat docks.

The water is approximately 8 feet deep at the end of the boat dock.

We enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is a great place to take that morning walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Gaston or just sit on the deck and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Perfect getaway!

The view from this condo is beautiful. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and rooms are spacious. It is close to stores and restaurants too. We can’t wait to go back!

Family vacation

Our grandchildren came for the weekend and we were hoping the pool would be open but it was now. We were a bit disappointed the pool was closed the entire week we vacationed. Over all it was a great place to vacation.

Nice location, Peaceful ,Nice Neighbors, Great accomodations ie pots, pans ect.. Very much needed relaxation. Awesome Fishing right off docks in backyard. Beds were very comfortable. All 6 of us were very impressed. Much appreciation to the host she was incredible !

Excellent Communication

The owners of this property are top notch. They communicate well and address any questions promptly. Super clean and great views of the lake. We use this for our employees when they are in town for training. They all rave about the location and views.

What a great time!

Place is clean and very comfortable. The amount of kitchen supplies boggles the mind; you can probably open a bakery or cook for a small army with everything supplied. The cove location is great. We caught several fish off the dock and the water is calm and warm. Launching paddle boards is very easy from the dock on the right. We will be back again.

Nice stay!

We rented this property for a new sales rep from Florida recently employed by our company. He was having sales training in our area for a week. He was very happy with the accommodations. He said it was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs was very cozy for morning coffee! The owners are very accommodating and nice. Excellent location!!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

This property did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck in the evening and the upstairs screened in deck in the mornings for coffee. We especially loved the dock space. The boat ramp was very close to the property and very convenient. The boating was great during the day. In the evenings we enjoyed going to dinner by boat. There are 2 great restaurants close by with live music, great food, and lots of dock space - so much fun! The owners were so nice and always available. We will definitely return.

Wonderful until leaving

Everything was wonderful property, condo and boat docks, even all the tenants except one and he was nice at first. When we were leaving we stopped at the dumpster to dump but ever dently I was at the wrong one. Instead of him telling me that he wanted until I dumped the trash and then he got very ugly and rude with me. I was very sorry i used the wrong dumpster if he had spoken up before I would have never used it and I'm for that. I would definitely go back but find out where the dumpser is. ENJOYED OUR STAY TREMENDOUSLY

Enjoyed our long weekend lake getaway

Bass Haven was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, neighabors were friendly, kitchen is well supplied, view is relaxing. We were not able to use the boat dock because our center consol boat was too tall to fit under the bridge so we had to use the boat launch across the street and take the boat in and out everytime. The water level allowed for about 5-6' of clearance. I dont know how much this fluctuates throughout the year. Parking at the boat ramp and with the boat at Bass Haven was plentiful, even on a holiday weekend. If you are looking for show home, this isnt the place for you. The sheets provided for each bed didnt all match and the towels were a hodge podge. My family and i were not bothered by this one bit but i know some people might be. We would stay here again!

Lake getaway

Had a fantastic view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting under the tree even though it was hot. The condo was perfect, three bedrooms and three baths. Had a wonderful time.

Lake Retreat

We gathered at Bass Haven for a birthday celebration with my mom and sisters. Directions and advance instructions were easy to follow. The owners responded to questions promptly. Enjoyed the covered porch upstairs for the evening thunderstorms. We also floated in the lake since the pool is not operational. The neighbors were very nice. Great spaces for playing games and spending time together!

Beautiful place

My stay was good, the condo was exactly how it states on line.. it was clean and very peaceful and relaxing. We went kayaking and did some fishing. The only negative thing I have would be not to get in the water cause the leaches are very bad. But overall good stay. Thank you for letting my family and I stay

Lake Gaston condo

Bass haven is a fine location and comfortable condo for fun at the lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because one week before arrival I was notified I needed all my linens, luckily I had the sizes available I needed.

Great vacation

Bass Haven was great vacation. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location could not be better. Walk out the back door right down to your boat. Mr and Mrs Bass are great people to work with. Mr. Bass even gave me some tips on where to fish and what to use. I caught bass everyday on this week long vacation. Great condo, people and fishing. I hope to be back soon.
