"Wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The outside and inside had lots of cobwebs. I know we came in early fall but the deck and patio had leaves everywhere. Could have easily used a leaf blower to clear those areas. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. "

"This is overall a very nice property in a great location, with a public boat ramp only 5 minutes away and many other popular attractions only 10-15 minutes away. The property owner was very accommodating and responded very quickly to my questions regarding the property. The things my group were unimpressed with on this property were the slightly misleading info on the listing and the uncleanliness of parts of the house. Although it is listed multiple times online, the house does not have a hot tub, which is one of the main reasons we booked the property. The pictures also make the house appear much closer to the water than it actually is (house is actually located across the street from the lake). Most of the house was well cleaned when we arrived; however, the loft area appeared messy and unclean (bad enough that none of our guests wanted to sleep up there). Another thing to note is that parking space is very limited, especially with a boat. With all this said, my group made it work and still had a great time at the property, these are just some things to keep in mind before booking. Hope this is helpful! "
