The cabin was a perfect central location for us to drive to our different hikes in the area we had picked out prematurely. Cannot recommend this place enough. "

The kitchen is well appointed with anything that you might need and cleanliness throughout the house is remarkable. From this old house with modern standards, you can observe the ferry and Madeline Island from most windows as well as enjoy a secluded woodsy backyard. "

The stairs to the loft are a little steep, our dog figured out sleeping close to the fire was more cozy than upstairs with us anyway!
