"When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there."

"The River Market Hampton downtown Little Rock is amazing I’ve stayed there multiple times I the past few months and many times before then and the service, cleanliness, amenities, free breakfast, and now newly renovated rooms are everything that you need for your stay in Little Rock. It’s only steps away from nice restaurants in the downtown area and for you to also explore what downtown has to offer. I stayed there this weekend and it was everything that I expected and more because I didn’t know about the renovated rooms. They are still under construction but I didn’t hear any noise. They make you feel at home as soon as as you arrive. I highly recommend this Hampton so that they can make you feel like family also."
