Conveniently located short diving distance to the beach. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

* No smoking or illegal drug use is permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises.

* Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please park only in the designated rear or side car park areas.

* BBQ grills are not permitted on the balcony.

* Hanging clothes, towels, or other items on the balcony is not allowed.

* Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the rear parking area of the condo building.

* Kindly help us maintain a clean and well-kept property by leaving the premises in the same condition as you found them.

* For safety and security, please make sure all doors are locked whenever exiting the unit.

* Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and be respectful of neighbors and other guests.

*This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
