  • A Lil Salty is located in the fishing village of Little River SC and just a six minute drive to the beach in Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach. Little River is the oldest of the 14 communities that make up the Grand Strand. Fishing charters, sightseeing boat cruises, and Dolphin Watch Tours all leave daily from the Little River waterfront and surrounding area. Little River and Calabash NC are also home to a number of Restaurants featuring fresh local seafood. Try your luck on the M Grande Casino.
    Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy. Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age. Code to the building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted. One numbered spot is located in the front of the unit. Additional parking is only permitted in un-numbered spots. Should you park in another unit`s parking spot, the HOA may fine and/or tow your vehicle.
