"The location is very nice and easy access to the beach. Having multiple pools kept the kids interested. The room was nice but very used and a bit run down. Floors felt kind of dirty and sheets were clean. Garage parking is horrible for big cars and minivans."

"1) availability of supplies (towels) only at extra cost. 2) building is in major need of updating 3) cleanliness of property not well taken care of. 4) pictures doctored to look better than was. So to say will not return but did make best of trip with doing more away from building."

"My wife and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Beach Colony 403. It was our first time staying here and we HOPE there will be MANY more. The condo was SPOTLESS, the view was BEAUTIFUL from our oceanfront balcony, the beds were very COMFORTABLE, the bathroom was very CLEAN...I could go on and on with the many SUPERLATIVES but you "get the picture"! This has not been a "paid" advertisement,just an HONEST review from two very SATISFIED renters. So, do yourselves a favor: if you're looking for a NICE condo that...

"Easy check in, exaclty as listed. Great for spring break trip! Only downside was couldn't get the wifi to work nor the TV. Only other downside was the service in the bar and grille restaurant was not the best but pools and hot tub made up for it. Definitely would stay again! "

"This was our second time staying at Annette's place at Grande Cayman. It was exactly the same - so clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and of corse a an amazing oceanfront view."

"Beds were very uncomfortable and they don’t have the kitchen properly stocked to be able to cook while ur there. Had to go buy pots pans ect just to cook anything and no pot holders ect. "

"First I would like to say the location is amazing! Although our air conditioner stopped working but communication was good on getting it fixed it was just a bummer trying to sleep with no air for a night. Also the bathroom has very little venting so thing stays wet-ish. Over all I would recommend this property and I enjoyed my stay"
