"The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI. Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ. "

"Staff very helpful. We complained about the shower fan running all the time. They said it was designed that way to ensure air circulation in spite of well sealed doors. The architect needs to find a better solution. Breakfast was typical with added hot food, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. The coffee was foul!! Burnt, sour and oily. The urns need a thorough cleaning/scrubbing,"

"I stayed at the Clarion Point Winslow while traveling through Arizona. Price was decent considering it was on a Friday and located off the interstate. The property is pretty aged, but decently kept. All I needed for my stay was a comfy bed, hot shower. My bed was… ok. Shower was plenty hot and decent water pressure. The hot breakfast choices consisted of “make your own waffles”, boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee & various teas. For my situation, just needing a place for the night, it met my needs for my stay."
