In addition, every time the phone rang, the receptionist seemed upset, which left a poor impression of the service. "We loved everything except how squishy the mattresses were. It was close to everything, convenient enough to get in and out, and reasonably priced. My old bones just need a stiffer sleeping surface. (The top sheet serving as a duvet cover was a little weird, too.) Minor differences in living space choices, the stay overall was satisfying. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially large. The valets were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was very large and comfortable. After checking out, we had a few hours before it was time to go to the airport. We found a comfortable area of the lobby with chaise lounge chairs and just rested and watched TV. I appreciated that they had ice water in the lobby. My only complaint would be that there were no ice machines. There was an ice freezer but the one on my floor never had ice in it. I later found out it was not working and there was ice on other floors, but a sign to indicate that would have been appreciated."
