"We needed a room for the weekend while our home was being worked on. Our room was clean and comfy as expected. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and access to cold juice after swimming was a big hit! Breakfast was great as well! The staff were quick to fill empty trays of hot foods, and plenty of options for those who wanted cold options or a piece of fresh fruit to go. We have booked this hotel multiple times for various family events, and have always received top notch treatment. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and our check in and check oit is always swift and efficient. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure. What more can you ask for? Staff were very nice. Breakfast was probably the low point. Coffee was ok but the food options not so great. No big deal. Room was not expensive so going out for breakfast was no big deal. Various good options in the area. We stayed for a week and would definitely stay here again if we return."

"Great hotel & comfortable rooms. Evening front desk clerk was always super helpful and attentive Al thought the last day we encounter and issue with the front desk clerk, and older gentlemen. We have requested something the night before. We were told it won’t be a problem. I even see how they took note of it for the morning shift and in the morning they said no and totally dismiss the fact that other staff had said yes. It was not a big or crazy request so that kind of ruined our last day. "

"I wanted to a surprise night for my husband and treat him on my dime. I love this place and it was affordable for me and we had a nice time. Thank you. People at front desk at both Poland Spring Inn and Resort were sweet and helpful. I am new at doing all this stuff on my own,, Very satisfied. Shower was amazing, so powerful and room was nice and pillows were comfy as well, I appreciated the extra blanket available too."
