Property is clean and in a very convenient location for traveling east to west, and also felt safe for our family of 4 with small children. Bathrooms were spotless and the breakfast was hit and delicious. The property could use a little updating, and as others mentioned, it’s noisy being right next to the expressway but you can see that when you check in so what do you expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall I would rate it a 4/5 and would stay here again if passing through the area.

Quick stay on a long trip to Chicago, quiet, nice little area. Breakfast was the typical but fancier flavor waffles, very nicely set up.

Not bad but not great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is very close to the interstate and the room we stayed in was noisy. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and there was a light right outside our window that was shining in bright all night.

First visit was nice

Kids and I stopped over on our way home from visiting friends. The room was cozy and clean. The showers were nice and warm and we were so glad for the opportunity to relax

Compact rooms, but everything you need for a nights stay. Got a full nights rest. Breakfast was complete with juiciest, energy food and protein options including eggs, yogurt, and sausage.

The room was clean and quiet, but it could use some upgrading. The staff was excellent especially Ashley Akalan. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Good Hotel

We have stayed many times at this hotel. It is close to a major highway and very noisy on the highway side. We were on that side so did not sleep well. Next time will request the other side. Friendly staff and good service.

My room was on first floor at the end of long hall. Hallway smelled like urine. Smell was stronger at start of hallway, closest to front desk and elevators. Got better the farther you walked down. No I did not make a complaint. I had a very busy schedule and did not have time to report this. Smell was very nasty. Lots of show dogs on premises.

Very terrible experience, starting for not having

The bed and the room smelled so bad. It seems that the previous tenants smoked a lot and the bed sheets were smelling so bad that we were not be to sleep well during the night. The sheets were not clean and had some small particles. I asked for a non smoking room and you did not provided to me.

This location is undergoing a complete remodel. Don’t stay here. They have just started on the 3rd floor. The first room I was given had a very bad smell. The next room on 3rd floor was lovely. The staff was very nice to change rooms. The breakfast is OK. The highway noise is quite noticeable in the rooms. I paid WAY too much through Expedia.
