The Villa Farbenfroh semi-detached home in List on Sylt combines spacious living areas with high-quality amenities and an attractive location in the northern part of the island. With 160 m² (Sylt measurement) of living space, this 5-star residence accommodates up to four people and is ideal for families, trips with friends, or a comfortable stay for multiple generations. Pets are also welcome.

The property spans the lower and upper ground floors and features a well-thought-out floor plan. In total, there are two bedrooms, three rooms, two bathrooms, and an additional guest bathroom. The open-concept living area, featuring a cosy sofa nook and TV, invites you to relax. Make yourself comfortable by the fireplace. Three TVs and digital TV provide additional comfort. Thanks to Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s, even extended periods of working from home are no problem. Our absolute favourite spot is the corner bay window with a built-in bench—perfect for relaxing and leaning back.

The modern, open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a perfect evening of cooking. Among other things, it features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The amenities are rounded out by a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The adjacent dining area with a dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals.

The private Finnish sauna with an adjacent shower offers special moments of relaxation, while the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The bathrooms are high-end and feature two walk-in showers. These are complemented by modern sinks, toilets, mirrors, makeup mirrors, and hair dryers. Bed linens, towels, and a starter kit are already included.

The holiday home is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are available. For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are also available; please request these in advance.

The outdoor area features a terrace, a garden, and comfortable patio furniture.
