  • Welcome to “Cap Privat”—your charming retreat in List on Sylt

    Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the stylish Cap Privat apartment, idyllically located near the dunes and the beach in List. Spanning 50 m², the open-concept living area features a cosy sofa nook and a modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Two TVs ensure relaxing evenings.

    The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet—everything you need for your daily comfort.

    On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view of the greenery. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available seasonally.

    Cap Privat is the ideal starting point for beach walks, nature excursions, and a variety of leisure activities on Sylt. One pet is welcome (max. 1 pet). Barbecues using charcoal or gas are not permitted. Additional services can be booked as options—please feel free to contact us.
