Cabin was terrific - perfect for my 2 kids and I. There was a mess up with booking - a 2 sleeper had been booked, despite specifying 3 on my booking. Reception resolved this at no cost to me.

Beautiful environment and lovely place! Very nice are , super cozy and cute. The cabinet is comfy in good condition and we found it super clean! Highly recommended for a great experience!

This was the only park we have been when the tennis court was not free. They had free yoga classes Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. I was only there 5 nights so only did yoga on Tuesday. I would have done more yoga if available. I would have played more tennis if free.

This park has a range of cabins catering for different needs and age groups. Many amenities aimed at families would make it a favourite holiday destination. The only negative for us was that the multiple Bbqs and the camp kitchen were on the far side of the property.

The park was busy and a bit noisy. Our cabin was nice, the main area was spacious and the bedroom with the queen bed was nice. However the other bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds was extremely small and cramped, plus there was neither air con nor a fan in that room so it was very hot and stuffy for sleeping. The room was so cramped there was not even a spot to open a suitcase so we had to use the living room. The kitchen had the bare minimum of cook wear etc so making a meal was a challenge, plus there were hundreds of ants crawling around the kitchen despite us having no food out and cleaning our dishes immediately

The cabin we had was an absolute disgrace. My friends paid the same amount as i did and had a very nice cabin so our stay could have been better

We had the best holiday ever! Kids absolutely loved the water park and jumping pillow. Located a quick drive to town and lots of stuff to do locally too.

Awesome Safari Tent. Great for something different - still felt like a cabin, with the feel of camping. Easy parking and good facilities - inside and outside. Do wish they cleaned the outside of our tent a bit more - lots of spiderwebs and leaves on the outside couch

Stayed in a modern studio unit overlooking the pond. Unit was perfectly adequate for our stay, enjoyed eating on the covered balcony overlooking the lillypads and ducks. The water parked looked like it could be fun.

Girls are the front counter were friendly and helpful. The cabin was lovely, clean and adequately fitted out. Had some trouble getting in and out the gate, often would'nt take our code.

Beautiful and new deluxe cabins with everything you need. Easy parking spot and so clean! The staff at reception was a bit appalling though with their lack of any customer service skills. But would definitely come back for the cabins and cleanliness.

The property was neat and tidy and had all the relevant amenities within. The shower base needs fixing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay it was enough and quiet. I wish l had the cabin like in the photo :-) We'll be back, thanks.

Cleanliness of cabins was excellent , it’s about 25 - 30 min walk to town if you don’t have a bike or car. Facilities excellent cleanliness excellent good for families.

We stayed three nights in superior cabin with family of 4 ( kids 10&13) . Really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms and thoughtful layout ( separate loo from bathroom. Good internet and cooking facilities. Cloth dryer rack. All made it easy . Location is close enough to Byron Bay to not feel isolated…

Make the cleaners aware of the duration incoming guests stay is. We had 5 of us stay for 4 nights and only had 1 spare garbage bag and 1 toilet roll.

Absolutely amazing place & staff who really care!
While Hotels.com had unfortunately mixed up my booking (and I was now left with no room to check into), the Front Office at Discovery Parks Byron Bay were absolute legends and managed to move things around and find me a room (that too during the school holidays and they were completely booked out) I cannot thank the Front Office Staff enough (Monica, Mia,Sylvia, Caitlin and Andrea) for all their help! Discovery Parks Byron Bay as a whole was absolutely amazing and perfect for all the kids, especially with their Kidz Club and other activities. We're definitely going to go with the Safari Tents the next time we come! Thank you!

Nice quiet location 2 minutes drive from Byron. Loads of facilities to keep the kids entertained. The free yoga class 3 times per week was an added bonus.

We received a cabin upgrade which was very nice thankyou. The park has great facilities, which kept our 9 and 11 yr olds very amused whilst we were there. We hope to stay there again.

Although our employee booked in after the booking-in time, the room was not made up. It was also very dirty and you could see its old dirt, dust and dirty everywhere. Hard soap scum and marks on the shower panels. Our employee took photos of it. The electricity also went off as he got to the room. He was very upset and wanted to report it to reception but the reception was full of people waiting to be served so he dropped the key in the box and left. We did not use the room and would like a refund?
