Perfect location close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. You can walk almost anywhere. Very comfortable bed with nice bathroom and shower. Only downside is that it is up 3-4 flights of stairs, so be prepared to haul your luggage up. Also walls are a bit thin so you can hear noise in the hallways, but was never an issue with us going to sleep as all guests are respectful.

Everything was great, but it wouls be helpful if the properry post that the room cost will be charge the day of arrival, that guest will be email two days prior of arrival with instructions to access the building and room.

The rooms and balconies were lovely,( even though the curtain rod fell off in the second room)and it was in a nice location. The halls were dark , the stairs sloped dangerously and a handrail was falling off the wall. I was informed there would not be a front desk or staffing but the staff that was there appeared annoyed when asked a question. When I reported not receiving email and sought alternative ways to communicate,their response was abrasive. I would not stay there again.

Property is great, clean and very safe. Only downside is that there is no elevator however this is common in all these hotels given the area and infrastructure. If you don’t like to carry your bag or can’t carry your bag a few stairs you might need to consider an updated area.

A great stay!
A great hotel with an amazing location. I stayed here in November and the temperature was quite cool and comfortable. There was a quiet ceiling fan to move the air around. Shower pressure was weaker than I’m use to but very acceptable. I’m not sure if they have a/c or not in the warmer months.

I was on the top floor of the building and had a wonderful view of Lisbon! I really liked this space and Sylvia (?) the lady who checked me in was lovely in showing me around the space and highlighting the amenities. This space is right in the heart of things which I really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again! One thing I will say is the walls are very thin, so you can hear other voices on the floor or your neighbours but fortunately, everyone around me was very respectful and I didn't have any issue at night.
