Very good location! Rooms are nice, clean.You can walk to major attractions, Metro station Park ( blue line) is very close to the hotel. ( Walkable distance). Overall, great and enjoyable stay.

Your hotel offers bare bone basics including customer service. 2 out of 3 employees were smoking AT the front door failed to notify of the designated residential parking, got my car clamped with $140 fine(hotel guy claimed he didn't see us arriving in a car as most of the people arrive on foot or Uber- not a real explanation) Also, when asked why the 4 of us weren't advised on the parking regulation he wasn't interested in discussing much of the details and carried on with his emails (ignoring my conversation with him) TRAIN your staff properly so it's not coming out of my expense to train them. Other hotels at least treat their guests with "welcome to our hotel and so on” good luck with your business when you don't treat your guests with ultimate care and respect. I will be requesting your hotel to cover my parking bill due to improper introduction of your hotel and the areas

1. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room that was not ready for a new guest. I had to come down and ask for another one. 2. Next day the cleaning lady entered without knocking and told me that the reception had informed her that the guest left the room for definite. 3.Last day while I was having breakfast, the cleaning lady took all towels even though there was a mark on a room Not to disturb. So when I came back there was nothing to dry oneself up after the shower. 4. Facilities are old.

Stay in Avenida Park Hotel Lisbon
Positive- friendly and helpful staff, very clean, newly renovated, spacious room and bathroom, good location, well served by public transport, very good breakfast. Not so good- no extra blankets in the room, no water bottle, no coffee or tea in the room. It’s only little details but, for the cost of the staying, at least a water bottle was expected. Very good overall.

Hotel was extremely reasonably priced for a one night break. Customer service was excellent at check in/out. And very friendly throughout our brief stay.

Rude staff, false advertising, NO FREE PARKING!
All reception staff must attend customer service training right away because they are all very rude and do not appreciate their customers. Upon check in, we were told that there isn't any free parking despite the fact that it clearly stated on the website that it would be available to their customers. I was not happy that we would have to pay extra at a parking garage. When I complained about this, I was told that if I wanted, I can cancel my stay and would not be getting a refund. I expected them to apologize that our expectations were not being met, but instead what I got was nasty, nonchalant uncaring attitude. I will never visit this establishment again and will definitely not be recommending it to anybody. BTW, elevator is TOO SMALL!!!

I got a room on the fourth floor and the elevator had broken down one week before my arrival, but nobody notified me of the very important issue. The breakfast service was bad, the attendant apparently was in a nasty mood. It was a very bad experience.

The property was under construction, no notice to guest while booking. The new air conditioner does NOT cool the room, it was extremely hot in the room. No elevator, this is an issue especially for anyone that has issues with mobility! We had to carry out bags down the stairs as there were no staff to assit. The property can be much better if the owners listened. Management should have to experience this for themselves to understand how this impacts playing guests!!The staff are not the problem. Thank you

Overall a good stay.
Good location. Helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The lift was being renovated so we had to climb the 6 flights of stairs but the hotel kindly offered free breakfast as compensation. Overall the accommodation and service was good but the hotel does look a little tired in places but perhaps the lift is the start of an overall update. However, I would recommend to friends and family.

Air conditioning didnt work effectively. Important when temperature is in the high 80s. The two female desk staff were friendly and helpful. The male staff, indifferent and unhelpful. It is a great location and the room was nicely decorated and immaculate.

We chose this location because it is close to the Metro so easy to get to the bus station or airport. The elevator was under construction so we had to take the stairs up 5 flights. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience. The bathroom door was broken so doesn't close. The desk chair was broken. The curtain fell down when we closed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at reception carried our 2 large luggage up to the 5th floor for us

Not 3 stars hotel. Hardly, 2 stars. Nobody was there for check in and a restauration worker had to call for someone. The room was in bad shape, the bath had bad odor, the third bed was really unconfortably, the room phone did not work at all, and was never fixed...........etc
