⚠️The house is NOT accessible by car. You can park along the public road, and from there walk a scenic path (300 meters) with some STEEP sections to reach the property. This unique setting guarantees privacy and quiet.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey building and includes:

- One bedroom with a double bed

- A living room with a sofa bed (sleeps two)

- A bathroom with shower

The private terrace has sunbeds, a table, and a sea view.

Just a 2–3 minute walk down a private footpath leads you to the sea. Natural rock formations create a crystal-clear swimming pool where you can bathe at any time of day. A stunning beach ( "La Forbice") is also accessible by foot or even by swimming.

We provide a 4x4 vehicle only for

- Luggage transport (from port to house and back)

- Grocery delivery on arrival

- Trash disposal

You may park your car for free on the public road above.

The layout ensures full privacy — leveled terraces are not visible from neighboring houses. A 24/7 phone line is available for any need. We can also assist with booking boats, cars, or scooters (early booking recommended).

We also rent other nearby homes (Casa Luna, Sole, Cielo), each with private entrances and distant enough to ensure quiet and independence.

A shared panoramic area features a wood oven, large barbecue, fridge, tables, and chairs — perfect for outdoor meals with a view of Vulcano island.
