"When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding."

"Great location, beautiful place, and beautiful sunsets visible from the pool or restaurant, both of which are right on the beach. ATM and 24-hour convenience store is a 2-min walk. Right next door is a massage parlour that rents motorbikes. Everything at your fingertips. Well away from the roads, so it’s nice and quiet as well. Alchemy cafe is just down the road. The nearest town is perhaps 10 min away by motorbike. And the staff are incredibly helpful. ❤️❤️"

"This is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. We will be back again soon, thank you xx"

"What a lovely place to stay. Such a warm and friendly welcome when i arrived. The hut that i stayed in was absolutely perfect and beautifully furnished, had everything i needed plus more. When i leave the hut i got a real feeling of being in the jungle. When i asked at reception how far the nearest shop was, the lady straight away offered me a lift in her car which was really nice even though it wasnt that far. Would really recommend this place as it is by far the most prestine place i stayed in out of the nine hotels i checked into in Thailand."
