Omständlig och tidskrävande incheckning. Märkligt litet och trångt dubbelrum (504). Långsam hiss. Men i övrigt var vistelsen bra, frukosten okej och middan god med bra service.

Familjetur

Bokade med att två småbarn ska sova i förälders säng. Fick två enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. Fick lägga bäddmadrasserna på tvärs över sängen så att ungen inte skulle ramla i golvet i sprickan. Bäddsoffemadrassen var så hård att den bör ingen över 10kg i kroppsvikt försöka sova i. Hotellet behöver lite kärlek men trevlig personal som vanligt på strawberry.

Det som gjorde upplevelsen så bra var framförallt deras service. Trevligt akustisk livemusik, receptionisterna fångade upp att vi behövde taxi och lite aktiviteter som t.ex. shuffle board fanns på plats. Frukosten var ok.

Veldig fornøyd

Flott service, da vi ankom sent på natten og alt var lagt klart for vår ankomst så vi bare kunne stupe til sengs. Veldig trangt parkeringshus var eneste negative, så det var en utfordring å klare å parkere bilen. Men en god sjåfør ordnet det, selv om han knapt kom ut av bilen selv. Enkelt med heis rett opp til hotellet. God og innholdsrik frokost.
