The breakfast was wonderful. It was way better than I expected for the room price. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room (quite small and old, but considering the price, it's reasonable).

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. My third time at this property. I had been going back and forth since I was there for a conference at contemplated staying at the conference hotel. I’m so glad I ended up staying at the Oriental Jade! Feels like home and you still feel like a VIP and family when you stay there. Even though I ended up only staying less than 24 hours due to delays with Typhoon Ragasa , I felt well taken care of : quick check - in after 1am, excellent breakfast buffet and breakfast service, incredible front desk staff and nice quiet room. Even their airport pick up service was still waiting for me after 4-5 hour delay and I was so glad since it was so late- The next day’s transfer service was very much appreciated.Xin cam on! To Mr Do and the entire hotel team- thank you again for a great stay albeit less than 24 hours! Definitely glad I stayed at your property again!

This location is the best in Hanoi. Beautiful shopping close by Hoen Kiem two minutes away

We booked only 1 night at Le Petit Prince hotel & rooftop to explore the city and enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop bar. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly, making our short stay even more memorable. We can't wait to come back and explore more of what the city has to offer! Next time, we plan to extend our stay and visit some local markets and museums nearby. The city's vibrant culture and delicious cuisine deserve more time to be fully appreciated. I highly recommend Le Petit Prince for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base!
