This beautiful country house, built of local stone dating back to 1764, offers generous living spaces and comprehensive amenities, making it an ideal choice for holidays with family or friends. Its prime location between the Vanlée estuary to the south and the Sienne estuary to the north provides excellent hiking opportunities on marked trails. The Lingreville beach, renowned for its fine sand, is a favorite with holidaymakers. At low tide, mussel beds and oyster farms can be explored. At low tide, shellfish gathering is also possible. This cottage is ideally situated opposite the Chausey Islands and just a short distance from Granville, a charming seaside resort.

Our exchanges are fruitful despite our differences. We enjoy discussing our wonderful profession as farmers over an aperitif, since our cottage is located on an old farm that was taken over by our son, and introducing our guests to our beautiful region.
