"House is very clean! When you are at the beach of the lake the views of the sunset are amazing!! Being on the lake is awesome. We brought steaks to grill & the grill didn't get past 250 degrees, we had to cook them on the stove. For a 4 night stay we were given 3 trash bags, we cooked all our meals, therefore 3 was not enough. "

Top Linden Hotel Reviews

Lakeside Inn & Suites

Lakeside Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"There is not enough to say about this property! First - CRYSTAL was AMAZING at “Check In” and “Check Out”! Second, hotel does NOT do dogs - THANK YOU - especially to those of us who are allergic to animals. Third, hotel room and bathroom EXTREMELY CLEAN - felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton! Moreover, large television and great lighting in the room. Finally, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED - not a chain - it’s in a rural area which made this an even more pleasant SURPRISE because usually in the rural areas, hotels are not fit for human living standards. This will DEFINITELY be my stay when in EAST TEXAS - Gilmer Area. Please note - hotel is GREAT - you may want to eat in GILMER, TEXAS - “La Finca” or head to Longview, Texas for the “Fishermen’s Market” Restaurant. No great eating locations unless you are okay with fast food restaurants. “Until We Meet Again” “Our Miss” Brooks"
