Great location

Perfect location to visit Lindau, Hotel provides free bus pass for the town while there (which we didn’t use) but never the less, a useful thing to know. Beautiful sun-filled breakfast room and a good selection offered.

We stayed two days at the property over a long weekend. Room was large and comfy with many windows allowing great light inside. Bathroom was super with modern finish. Large choice for breakfast with local produce. Would highly recommend for anyone spending time in Lindau.

Great place to stay. The hosts are meticulous in how they set up and maintain the rooms. We stayed at many other places on our trip in Europe, and none were as clean and comfortable as our room in Lindau. The only limitation is the location if you want to visit the island. We had no trouble parking and walking to the old section on the island. Highly recommend.

Nice Room, Great Staff, Mattress Could Be Better

The room was nice, not too large but it had a desk as well as an armoire. The bathroom was also very nice and clean. The only complaint I had with the room was the bed and shower curtain. The bed itself was fine but the mattress didn't have much support and consequently sagged in the middle quite a bit, to the point of having a rather fitful night of tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. The shower was very nice except that there was no enclosure but instead a shower curtain that you had to pull around the curtain rod to enclose 2 sides. The problem is that the floor was pretty much all one level without a step-down in the shower area and if you had the shower head pointing toward the curtain the water would tend to flow underneath and flood the rest of the bathroom. The other problem with a shower curtain creating half of the 4 "walls" is that it would tend to get sucked in on your body and make for a cold surprise at times. The staff was very helpful with information regarding our next day's visit to King Ludwig's Neuschwanstein Castle. We were told that we could make on-line reservations and bypass the long lines for tickets. The real benefit for me doing this was the ability to also request the elevator ride up and down inside the castle instead of walking up many steps. I have a bad back and this was extremely helpful for me. They also have a very steep discount for those with disabilities and in need of the elevator which was another bonus.

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht für eine Nacht für eine Geschäftsreise. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, jedoch war sauber und in super Zustand. Die Insel ist auch nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang, alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr hübscher Garten, der zum Lesen und entspannen einlädt. Mein Zimmer war nicht wirklich groß, aber alles da, was man braucht! Sogar ein Ventilator stand mir zur Verfügung. Das Bad war sehr hübsch. Alles prima, gerne wieder! :-)

Stille rolig hotel, som ligger i en stille rolig hage som vi kunne benytte. Flott og god frokost i koselige lokaler. Koselig vertskap, som kunne gi gode råd om områdene rundt. Flott rom. Svært pent og rent på hele hotellet.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig an einer kleinen Strasse etwas außerhalb der Altstadt von Lindau. Passend zum Namen ist es umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen und sehr gut und vielfältig. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Nettes Garni-Hotel außerhalb der Insel Lindau

Es war ein Souterrain-Zimmer, leider ohne Ausblick, dafür aber ordentlich. Auch das Bad hatte Fenster. Das Hotel liegt am Berg, über 2 km von der Insel weg. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist die Stadtmitte nicht so komfortabel zu erreichen.

Llegamos un poco tarde pasadas a las nueve de la noche, hora límite para que te reciban, pero el dueño nos abrió y nos atendió no sin un pequeño jalón de orejas. El hotel es muy bonito. El desayuno excelente. Regresaría sin problema.
