Ruhige Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Lindau Inmitten von Wiesen und Obstbäumen

  • Holiday rental on the green outskirts of Lindau.

    Our bright and welcoming holiday rental for 2 to 4 people is nestled among lush green meadows and orchards. The location is very quiet and ideal for those seeking relaxation. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Constance and Lindau Island. The drive to the apartment takes you through the orchards on a paved dirt road (see photos), which we maintain regularly. However, there may occasionally be a bump or a pothole along the way.
    Lindau Island, with its historic old town, is just a 10-minute drive away. Lindau has a good city bus network. The bus stops are within easy walking distance (500 m) from our place.
    The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We provide towels and bed linens. The kitchen-living room has all the appliances an amateur chef could wish for. We have a separate laundry room in our main house, where you’re welcome to use the washing machine. The door to the balcony and the bedroom windows are fitted with high-quality mosquito screens. The free parking spot is right next to the holiday rental, and a staircase with seven steps leads to the front door. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

    The holiday rental is a great starting point for bike tours into the beautiful hinterland of Lake Constance as well as for the circular bike route around Lake Constance. In addition, from Lindau you can embark on numerous mountain hikes and tours in the Allgäu, in Austria, and in Switzerland. We also have plenty of excursion tips ready for you.

Wir hatten etwas Probleme, das Haus zu finden. Danach war aber alles optimal. Parkplatz vor der Wohnung. Wohnung sauber und ruhig, geräumig und schöner sonniger Balkon.Küche ausreichend, wir haben aber dort nur gefrühstückt.

Sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht, geräumiges App., sauber, hell, alles vorhanden.Einzige Nachteile: Zufahrt nur über Schotterpiste; die anfänglich freundliche Dame von der Verwaltung war am Ende gar nicht mehr so freundlich; die Putzdame erschien bereits um 10:50 Uhr, obwohl der Check-Out erst um 11:00 Uhr war. Leider wurde dadurch der gute Eindruck doch etwas getrübt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lindau und haben die Ferienwohnung sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Wir fanden die Aussicht super, fanden auch die Lage perfekt, da wir gern im Grünen sein wollten, denoch war es mit den Rädern alles super zu erreichen. Mit war lediglich nicht klar, wo sich genau die "Verwaltung" für den Check-In / -Out befindet, daher diesbezüglich ein Stern Abzug. Kommunikation via Nachrichten und vor Ort war aber super!

Sehr schön gelegen. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Wer in der Küche wirklich vernünftig und öfter kochen will, wird Gewürze und einige Utensilien vermissen, aber für das Nötigste reicht es. Ansonsten alles super :)

Die Wohnung ist wie man sie im Internet sehen kann. Die Leute auf dem Gelände sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren sehr schöne Tage.Die Aussicht auf die Berge und den See sind wunderbar. Auch der Ausblick auf die Obstpnatagen sind sehr schön.

Tolle und moderne Unterkunft

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Man hat einen tollen Ausblick in einer modernen Wohnung und ist mitten im Grünen. Am besten mit dem Auto anreisen – so ist man deutlich flexibler.

Weihnachtszeit

Obwohl ich mit meinem Mann und Sohn nur übers Wochenende verreist sind, haben wir verschiedene Weihnachtsmärkte und die schöne Bodenseegegend in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Wohnküche voll ausgestattet und das Bad sehr modern. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge einfach traumhaft. Das alles möchten wir nächstes Jahr im Sommer auch genießen!

Die Anfahrt von Norden kommend ist kompliziert, von Süden einfacher. Die Ausschilderung im Dunkeln schwer zu erkennen. Sehr freundliches Personal, Wohnung sehr sauber . , aber es fehlen Möbel für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend.
