Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. No issues. The hotel is abit remote if you like walking and exploring around, it is located almost in an industrial estate, there is a large McDonalds nearby.

AC not working. Unacceptable water temperature fluctuations making almost impossible to take a shower. Management declined responsibility by submitting boiler plate type explanations. Will never stay there again.

Schöne Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt, Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig. Merkwürdig war, dass erst das Zimmer bezahlt werden musste, bevor man die Karte ausgehändigt bekam. Das junge Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, aber unterschiedlich kompetent. Bar und Bistro sind modern gestaltet, Drinks und Speisen recht gut. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung

Das Zimmer war nicht vorgeheizt, es war die ganze Nacht kalt trotz Unterstützung seitens eines technischen Ansprechpartners den die Rezeption vermittelt hat. Da es gar kein Heizkörper im Zimmer an der letzten und vierten Etage gibt, wird mit der Klimaanlage geheizt, diese ist aber immer wieder in die Standardeinstellung zurück gefallen und es wurde an der Klimaanlage nicht mehr als 19 Grad als eingestellte Temperatur angenommen. Nich mal diese wurde in der Nacht erreicht da es draußen -12 Grad waren, was bei uns zu einer Erkrankung geführt hat. Der Weg/Zugang zum Eingang war nicht gestreut gewesen, es lag teilweise Eis auf dem Weg was unter Umständen zu Verletzungen durch ausrutschen führen kann. Ich war mehrmals in Premier Inn Hotels unterwegs aber ich hatte nie so einen negativen Eindruck wie diesmal gehabt.

Es ist nicht auf der Seite von Expedia oder Premier Inn Lindau zusehen, dass ich als Gast eine Zimmerreinigung verlangen muss. Es steht auf der Expedia Seite " tägliche Zimmerreinigung". Ich bin es gewöhnt von meinen Buchungen eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, ohne auf Verlangen. Das Bezahle ich auch mit dem Zimmerpreis von 248 Euro. Die Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde ich in einem sehr barschen, herablassenden Ton darauf hin gewiesen, " es werden die Zimmer nur auf Verlangen oder nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, steht auf einem Zettel im Zimmer". Dieser Umgang mit Gästen in diesem Hotel ist für mich der Grund, dort keine Buchung mehr zu tätigen

Super chambre pour peux chère trea propre et plein de petit attention. Par contre aucun netflix etc sur la tv meme si il y a deux tv dans la chambre donc rien a y ecouter. Emener votre pc pour le brancher si vous comptez ecouter

Preis Leistung ist hervorragend. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, keine 5min. Linie 5 bis Lindau Insel alle 30 min, oder mit der Linie 3 bis lindau-Reutin. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Frühstück alles was man braucht.
