A particular highlight is the approximately 15-square-meter terrace with high-quality lounge furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol – ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunsets over Lake Constance.

An elevator provides convenient access from the ground floor to the first floor. A staircase within the maisonette leads to the two bedrooms on the upper level. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second also offers a double bed plus an additional sofa bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning, ensuring comfortable sleep even on warm days. If needed, the high-quality sofa bed in the living area can also be used as an additional sleeping option. All windows are triple-glazed and equipped with electrically operated blinds – ensuring peace and quiet at any time of day.
