"Family room was a really good size. Newly refurbished stable rooms on the ground floor. Conveniently located for main roads into the town and walkable in 15 minutes to centre of high street. Discount on a fabulous Nepalese restaurant. Car parking on site was free."
"Beautiful location. Hosts were gracious and shared helpful information about local attractions as well as fascinating perspective on local culture, language and history which was much appreciated by these first time visitors from the USA."
"Lovely hotel the staff are very pleasant and helpful, car parking at rear is a little tight to get into as the entrance st the side of the hotel is quite narrow, the rooms are very cosy and quiet would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely new hotel, opened just over a year ago.
Well located for access to Wales ICC and surrounding attractions.
Room very good, comfy bed, usual tray with tea/coffe and some very nice bara brith biscuits.
Breakfast was a buffet, usual English/Welsh breakfast choices, danish pastries/croissants, fruit and cheese/cured meats.
Staff friendly.
Parking £12 per night which was unexpected, however the free slow EV charger we used overnight made up for it.
Would return.

"Great hotel with comfortable and modern room, great view over the river from the top floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had the usual selection of items. Decent location in the town centre."
"We were staying at the hotel as we had tickets for the Michael Jackson tribute. Convenient location, friendly staff, great food! we always stay here when we are up that way and love it there. Lovely pool and jucuzzi "
"Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket. Overall a very good and well positioned hotel to base yourself from. We have stayed here a number of years now and always find it good value for money and you are well looked after."
