Modern farmhouse with deck, firepit, & balcony
This gorgeous farmhouse is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway with the family or couples. Located in the countryside right next to a working farm, you'll be far from the hustle and bustle of the city and able to enjoy plenty of fresh air! This spacious home offers a well-equipped, brand-new kitchen for easy meal preparation during your stay, as well as plenty of space for both dining and relaxing. This rental comes with a propane stove for those cooler nights. There are two outdoor decks and a front porch too! The southern deck has a propane grill and patio table, which makes it the perfect place to have a tasty cookout.
The home is centrally located right between Camden and Belfast, both places boasting a great variety of amazing restaurants. You'll be conveniently close to some of the main attractions in these areas including the Camden Hills State Park and Belfast Bay. For visiting golfers, the Northport Golf Club is just a little over a mile away, while the North Port Yacht Club is just under two miles from this home. Bayside Dock is about one mile and a half away and it's a great place for swimming and mackerel fishing!
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A water treatment system was installed in 2023. This system eliminates iron staining and sanitizes the water.

This is a wonderful rental all around…the views, location and cleanliness of the condo were top grade. Balcony dining looking over the bay, less than a mile walk to the footbridge which enters into downtown and the Whale’s Tale restaurant right next store for an early afternoon drink! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time.

Beautiful place!
The condo was newly remodeled, bright, clean & spacious. I can’t say enough about how much we loved it! Gorgeous views of the harbor! We watch the sunset every night from our balcony! Had drinks and dinner at their restaurant -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Fantastic food! We walked everywhere & great location.

This was a great condo. We really enjoyed watching the action on the harbor from the covered deck. The furnishings and appliances were brand new. There was plenty of room for a group with the layout of the bedrooms.
It was very convenient to have the restaurant in the same building and it was a short drive to downtown.
Our only suggestions would be to add a coffeemaker and directions for the dishwasher and garbage removal.Also it would be helpful to explain the parking situation and that the condo is located above a restaurant.
This condo is beautifully decorated and worth a visit!

Perfect!
Wonderful view of the bay. Sitting outside on deck, we watched fishermen bring in the lobster catches, cruise ships pass by, and sailboats glide through the water. This condo has been newly remodeled and beautifully appointed. Loved everything the interior designer did, especially the whale painted on one wall. This place was spotless. It is very spacious. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. I am giving this place a perfect 10. I would give it an 11 if it had coffee on the premises. 😉😜❤️

The bar below us was quite loud in the evening. The balcony overlooked people eating. Views of the Harbor were beautiful. Not a place we would rent again with the young teens, only because of the noise and bar. The rooms were beautiful spacious and what we needed. Great place, just for a different crowd. Thank you!
BEWARE ...First week in November, we booked this Condo for the weekend of 12/5-12/7. The reservation was confirmed and paid in full. There were multiple updates and check-in information/ codes up until 400pm on 12/4. Then on 12/4 523pm I got a call, and the owners decided they were going to stay in the condo that weekend, so our reservations were being canceled. Again, we were leaving the next morning at 800am. We were all packed and ready to go. How do you treat people like this? Esp when the the contract is signed and confirmed. I would not trust this rental ever, just in case the owner makes a last-minute decision to stay. Just remember, I had paid in full, and the rental contract was signed and approved.
For night owls only! Renter beware - listing does not accurately portray location and has not been updated since our stay 2 weekends ago! Condo has fantastic harbor views, is walkable to heart of Boothbay, and is clean/spacious - all signs of a great VRBO but that is where the positives end. Condo is directly above a restaurant/bar (The Whale's Tail) at the Carousel Marina that is not mentioned anywhere in this listing description. There are strong aromas of fried food in the condo particularly towards the back of the unit and in the bathrooms during operational hours & lunch/dinner services aka when you are probably taking a quick rinse and want to smell clean not like restaurant food. We were willing to overlook these details given the views & location. However, things took an awful turn on our first night when the bar stayed open past 9pm & blasted loud thumping music (the entire condo vibrates and bedrooms are directly above the bar portion of the restaurant) until midnight (probably would have been later but we asked for them to turn the music off). The same thing happened night 2 & after discussing directly with the owners we mutually decided to checkout early as it was not a good VRBO experience for a small family who wanted to sleep at normal hours.They should not be renting this VRBO out to families & should be transparent in the listing description. VACASA was also zero help during our stay & trying to get guidance on the situation in a timely manner.
