Fantastic B&B
Fantastic Guesthouse lovely clean room John & Gemma made us very welcome and could not do enough for us lovely breakfast with top quality food near to shops and seafront but in a quite area plenty of parking.

The hosts were excellent and the place was clean and well run. The food and service was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Skegness and the surrounding areas.

Amazing
It was a lovely stay, very close to everything only a short walk to the beach and all the amusements. Breakfast was amazing and the owners were lovely and very friendly. They do have parking available for those that do drive.

Top notch hotel
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Skegness. Good location, friendly staff, beds really comfy, we’ll definitely go back to this hotel. Thanks for a nice stay to all staff at fountaindale 😃

Lovely b&b very clean & well presented. Really fell in our feet finding this little gem. From check in to check out everything was great - the small touches shied the owners cared about their guests for example a small pair of scissors on breakfast table - who can open tomato sauce without exploding it everywhere? Loved everything about the place

Our stay at the fountaindale was lovely. The owners were fab and very accommodating. The small but lovely and evweythingn you need. A short walk to the clock tower, and all other activities. The only things I will say that are a little negative are the shower pressure in Room 4 is not the best, howevee we dis manage to shower so all was food and the mattress is worn.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review- Room 4 is our smallest Double Ensuite room which is why we list it as such on all Online sites so as not to disappoint guests. The shower in this room is an 800x800 shower so larger than a standard 760 one. The water pressure in Skegness as a whole is not great but we are blessed with being just off the seafront which means ours is better than most. The beds were brand new last July for opening and were used for 3 months due to lockdown but i will of course go and check the mattress-all of our beds are protected so it is not because it is an old mattress but there may be another issue that will be rectified.

Weekend getaway
Very friendly owners with a warm welcome and helpful tips where to go locally. Free parking at the hotel which is wonderfully located just 2 minutes walk from the main High Street. Clean and tidy place. Would use again.

Few nights away with the other half And this guest house was bang on, couldn’t complain about anything. Service from arrival to leaving was perfect and would recommend to anyone. Room was nice and tidy, beds was comfy and bathroom was decent. Would recommend this guest house
